At present, the ratio of house price to income in Nanjing is high, and the ability of self purchase of low-income and even middle-income residents is obviously insufficient. The existing housing types of low-income people are still mainly small and medium-sized households, and these population accounts for the majority of urban population. Therefore, the targeted increase of small and medium-sized ordinary commercial housing and affordable housing to meet the housing needs of most of the population, so that the public can have housing, living in a safe place can enjoy business. The planning and utilization of land resources should provide the basis for the construction of such housing to ensure the supply of housing land. The land development and supply and the exploration of the potential of stock should be paid equal attention to, and the reasonable layout of construction land should be adhered to.
