Our repair / service après vente (SAV) department handles several thousand complaints and repairs every year from all LANDI sales outlets in Switzerland. <br><br>In the supplement you will find the list of “DEFECTIVE GOODS SUPPLIER” for your referenced products, which we replaced or credited to the LANDI sales outlets in the 1st quarter of 2020. <br><br>Without your counter-report by May 27th, 2020 at the latest, we will invoice you for the amount (according to the total of the supplement).<br><br>If necessary, our Product Manager in Purchasing will be happy to answer any questions or provide additional information.
