本文介绍了人工智能的概念，梳理AI的概念和核心要素；通​​过图书馆AI服务的实践案例，总结了归纳了6种服务形式，即智能仓储管理，自助应用服务，智能咨询服务，智能知识服务，智慧学习中心，知识学习中心，游戏应用服务，以及其核心内容与典型特征。以及在此基础上上从原设计，关键技术的，，以期通过本文研究，为图书馆AI服务的实施提供一定的偏向。然而，由于研究的局限性，相关难免难免存在不足之处，有待于继续的工作中，运用进行分析和定性研究相结合结合结合的方法的结合验证与完善。

本文借鉴人工智能的理念，梳理AI的演进历程、概念内涵和核心要素；通过图书馆AI服务的实践应用案例，总结归纳了6种服务形式，即智能仓储管理、自助应用服务、智能咨询服务、智能知识服务、智慧学习中心、游戏应用服务，以及其核心内容与典型特征。并且在此基础上从顶层设计、关键技术、人才团队、考评机制和隐私安全等方面，思索图书馆AI服务的实践应用，以期通过本文研究，为图书馆AI服务的实施提供一定借鉴。然而，由于研究的局限性，相关结论难免存在不足之处，有待在后续的工作中，运用实证分析和定性研究相结合的方法予以验证与完善。

Based on the concept of artificial intelligence, this paper combs the evolution process, concept connotation and core elements of AI. Through the practical application cases of Library AI service, it summarizes six kinds of service forms, namely intelligent warehouse management, self-service application service, intelligent consulting service, intelligent knowledge service, intelligent learning center, game application service, as well as their core contents and typical characteristics. And on this basis, from the top-level design, key technology, talent team, evaluation mechanism and privacy security, thinking about the practical application of Library AI service, in order to provide some reference for the implementation of Library AI service through this study. However, due to the limitations of the study, the relevant conclusions inevitably have shortcomings, which need to be verified and improved in the follow-up work by using the method of combining empirical analysis and qualitative research.<br>
